GLASS SKYLIGHTS

Our high quality glass skylights are available in several models, glazing options, and standard sizes to accommodate all roof types. We supply curb mount and self-flashing skylights.

 

  • Features LoE-240 coating with Argon-filled glass.
  • High performance ratings for light transmission, solar heat gain, U-factor, and fading transmission.
  • Glazing options include: Tempered, Laminated, and High Impact (Hurricane rated).
  • Features advanced technology dual-seal silicone system with patented stainless steel spacers.
  • Hinge designed to divert water away from skylight. Includes a full perimeter condensation gutter.
  • Fits any roof pitch and will adapt to most roofing systems.

POLYCARBONATE SKYLIGHTS

Highly durable and available in many sizes, configurations, and mounting types.

  • Highly impact resistant and virtually unbreakable. Our polycarbonate in 30 times more impact resistant than acrylic skylights and 250 times more impact resistant than glass.
  • We have sizes to fit standard US truss and rafter framing.
  • Energy efficient double-dome construction that will block harmful UV radiation while providing high clarity and light transmission. 
  • The low profile co-extruded polycarbonate can handle temperature extremes from   -60°F to 250°F and shows 80% less yellowing than non co-extruded sheets. 
  • Certified to meet or exceed performance criteria defined by AAMA/WDMA 1600/IS 2-200.
  • Florida Building Code Approved for large missile impact.

    Tubular Skylights

    Increase light transmission with lower labor and installation costs!

    •  Our tubular skylights operate completely on the sun's solar energy, the high-impact acrylic dome absorbs sunlight on the roof during the daylight hours. The rays bounce downward inside the pipe until emitted through the ceiling's diffuser with very little light loss, even through tubes as long as 20 feet. 
    • Our tubular skylights disperse light evenly and blocks 99% of harmful UV rays, preventing fading of carpet and furniture. The flashing housing protects the entire system from weather elements and the condensation release dome prevents fogging due to humidity.
    • High-impact acrylic dome with stress collar will prevent the dome from cracking under temperature changes.
    • Commercial grade aluminum flashing is heavy-duty, seamless, and will not leak.
    • The prismatic or soft white diffuser distributes light evenly without spot lighting or glare. 
    • Available in three mounting options, pitched, flat, and curb mount, to accommodate all roof types.
    • We offer a choice of powder coated black, bronze, or unpainted mill-finish. 
    • Installs easily with no structural changes or wiring required.
